Additive Manufacturing | Modular Nesting Architecture

These Multi-Color bird houses and feeders are manufactured with precision additive fabrication to deliver lightweight durability, structural integrity, modular customization, and consistent repeatability using various colorized blends of plant-based PLA polymer materials.

• Houses are designed to modernize traditional nesting architecture with controlled entry geometry and internal depth spacing to protect nesting birds from predators.

Standard PLA & Matte PLA:

• A plant-based composite polymer commonly made from renewable fermented plant starches, like corn, cassava, sugarcane, or sugar beet pulp. We currently offer about 50 color options.

Unlike traditional all-wood houses and feeders, these composite materials and production systems eliminate nearly all the production waste material and associated costs (normally absorbed by the customer), allowing PLA to save on density, weight, and subsequent environmental pressures, while allowing for panel-level customization and consistent quality.
